*We are seeking carers to join us in and around the Hillingdon borough, Chalfont St Peter and Esher, Surrey.*

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and caring Care Assistants to join our friendly and diverse team, supporting individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Every person we support is unique, and so is the care we provide. You’ll take the time to get to know the people you care for, understand what matters to them, and provide support that fits around their individual needs, preferences and routines.

*Duties*

  • As a Care Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping the people we support live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

  • Supporting with personal care, including bathing, dressing and mobility

  • Helping with meals and feeding where required

  • Following personalised care plans and supporting individual routines and preferences

  • Providing companionship, conversation and emotional support

  • Helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life

  • Completing accurate care records and reporting any changes in wellbeing

  • Carrying out light domestic tasks to help maintain a clean, comfortable and safe home

  • Building positive relationships with clients, their families and healthcare professionals

  • You don’t need to have all the answers — what matters most to us is your attitude, compassion and genuine desire to help others.

  • Is caring, patient and respectful

  • Can build trust and meaningful relationships with the people they support

  • Has good communication skills in spoken and written English

  • Is reliable, organised and able to follow personalised care plans

  • Has basic IT skills for completing care records and documentation

  • Has a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
