Live-in Care Assistant

We are looking for Live in Care Assistants, to join the
My Homecare Gloucester Team.

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience within live in care is essential for this role.


• You must have the right to live and work in the UK


• You must be a driver with a full driving licence


• You must have your own car


• You must be 18\+

As a live\-in care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional standards of care while residing in the client's home. Your duties will include:

• Care Provision: Offering compassionate, client\-focused care that promotes the well\-being and independence of the client.


• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date records of the client's care, progress, and any changes in their condition.


• Team Communication: Regularly updating and collaborating with your care team to ensure consistency in care delivery.


• Family and Agency Interaction: Communicating with the client’s family and working closely with external agencies such as GPs, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, when necessary.


• Promoting Independence: Encouraging the client to maintain their independence, while providing the necessary support and assistance for daily activities.

£50 food allowance in included in the weekly pay.
