Wisma Mulia is a unique not for profit residential home situated in the picturesque village of Frampton on Severn. We offer both independent living and residential care for up to 21 residents. The home has a very welcoming community with a family feel. We have a passionate and dedicated team who provide the best possible care, and are looking for people with similar values to join us.
We are looking for kind caring and passionate people to join our team. Someone who wants to make a difference to people we support by bringing professionalism as well as fun and laughter.
Experience in care is essential.
The key responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering high standards of care, in a person centred way in line with the individuals care plans.
Help improve the well\-being of the residents by encouraging individuals to be independent and involved in all aspects of their care.
Serving residents at mealtimes and ensuring good nutrition and hydration is offered.
Ensure positive relationships and effective communication with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
Carry out other tasks to support in the smooth running of the home.
