Lettings Coordinator – Devizes
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded property business based in Devizes, is looking for an organised and proactive Lettings Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of support to landlords, tenants, and the wider lettings team.
The Role As Lettings Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the lettings department, ensuring all processes are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating tenancy administration from offer through to move-in
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and third parties
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Arranging property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments
- Managing compliance paperwork and ensuring records are up to date
- Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional, personable, and customer focused
- Experienced within property, lettings, or administration (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- One Saturday morning in every five: 9.00am – 1.00pm
