Lecturer in HR and Organisational Behaviour (Maternity Cover)
Worcester Business School is seeking an innovative and forward\-thinking Lecturer in Organisational Behaviours to join our expanding Department of Management \& Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching, impactful research, and curriculum development in a vibrant academic environment.
Please note that this is a maternity cover/ fixed term contract.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:
Organisational behaviour
HR
Sustainability/Sustainable Development
You’ll play a key role in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, supporting student success, and enhancing the School’s research and knowledge exchange profile.
What we’re looking for:
A doctoral qualification (or near completion) in a relevant subject
Contemporary subject knowledge and professional experience in OB
Experience teaching in UK higher education or developing professionals in a UK context
Strong communication skills and a student\-centred approach to learning
Ability to contribute to research and/or knowledge exchange aligned with the School’s strategic priorities
Proficiency in ICT and its application to teaching and learning
