Our communities are facing unprecedented challenges with continued rising costs. The rising cost\-of\-living continues to directly impact individuals and families, with more people than ever in negative budgets, debt and housing crises.
This role has two key elements. Firstly, this is an exciting opportunity to support and develop our team internally, ensuring that we strive for, and deliver, high quality advice and our culture of continuous improvement is embedded. Secondly, this role also involves building the capacity of local partner organisations. By providing them with training and resources, you will help them identify and assist those most in need of advice, leveraging the fact that people are most likely to seek help from people they already know and trust within their own communities. There’s no ‘average’ day for our team, each client and case is different. By ensuring that we continually provide learning and development opportunities for our teams we provide them with the competency, skills and resilience required to carry out their work.
