Lead IQA

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead IQA (Instructional Quality Assurance) professional to oversee and enhance the quality of our educational content. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of engaging, accurate, and effective training programmes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, utilise your presentation and teaching skills, and work with innovative tools such as Adobe Captivate. The Lead IQA will be responsible for maintaining high standards of instructional quality across various learning modules, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with content creators and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance process for all instructional materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and pedagogical effectiveness.


• Develop and implement standards and best practices for content review and evaluation.


• Conduct detailed assessments of training modules, providing constructive feedback to content developers.


• Utilise Adobe Captivate to review e\-learning courses, ensuring technical functionality and visual appeal align with organisational standards.


• Deliver engaging presentations to internal teams and stakeholders to communicate quality standards and improvement strategies.


• Provide coaching and mentorship to trainers and content creators to enhance their instructional techniques.


• Organise training sessions or workshops on quality assurance processes and tools.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify areas for content enhancement and innovation.


• Monitor learner feedback and assessment data to inform continuous improvement efforts.

• Proven experience in instructional design, quality assurance, or related roles within educational or corporate training environments.


• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.


• Experience in teaching or training others effectively.


• subjects to IQA Construction, Retail, Functional Skills, Sports, Life Skills, Hairderessing and Beauty, and Music production


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.


• CAVA/ A1 qualification


• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or similar e\-learning authoring tools is essential.


• Organised with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high\-quality standards in educational content.


• Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment.
