Summary
We are seeking a Roaming Senior Chef to join our dynamic team. Roaming between pubs to cover holidays and aid in the dy to day running and our events business when needed. , this role is vital in ensuring our pub operations run smoothly and uphold our high standards of hospitality. Your expertise will help us continue delivering memorable experiences aligned with our company values.
Responsibilities
- Support daily pub operations across multiple locations to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and support event planning and execution, including weddings and special functions.
- Manage financial aspects using our kitchen managment processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance and help to implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new initiatives that enhance guest experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and PeopleSoft.
- Excellent financial management skills.
- Demonstrated mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel across multiple locations as needed.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in pub or hospitality industry preferred.
