Lead Barista/FOH

We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join and lead our Barista/FOH team. This role will also include front of house (FOH) responsibilities including; creating great vibes, taking counter orders, knowledge of our baked goods (allergens, flavour profile etc…), and keeping FOH clean and organised.

The role will be \~3 days/week minimum.

This is a PERMANENT position and only suitable for applicants who can commit to 3 shifts per week on a long term basis, not just for the summer.

Must\-Have Experience

Minimum 2 years specialty coffee experience

• Working with high\-quality coffee programs


• Dialling in espresso daily


• Milk texturing and consistent latte art


• Understanding extraction, recipes, and coffee quality

Team leadership

• Experience leading shifts or supervising a team


• Training and mentoring junior baristas


• Maintaining standards during busy service

Coffee operations

• Managing workflow and service speed


• Opening and closing procedures


• Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance


• Stock management and ordering experience

Hospitality\-focused

• Exceptional customer service


• Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere


• Confidence handling customer issues professionally
