Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

We are currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to join our team, at the Holiday Inn Express Leigh Sports Village.

In this role you're responsible for cooking up the success of our different food offerings, be it a conference lunch for 10 delegates, or private dining for 20 in the evening, and not forgetting all that comes before and after it. You will be in the middle of the action in our Kitchen and lead your assistant to deliver to quality food every time.

· Ability to work within a budget, making sure all costs are being controlled

· Knowledge of H\&S, Food Safety and HACCP

And not forgetting you're compliant and make sure you land things right, first time!

Generally, the hours will be 2\.30pm until 10\.30pm. But some days this will vary. You will manage your own time and will not be working excessive hour, over your contracted hours.

Pay: From £30,000\.00 per year
