Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and customer\-focused Kitchen Designer/Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating customised kitchen designs, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and driving sales through effective consultation and product presentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for interior design.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their kitchen requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop detailed kitchen layouts using Arti Cad or Auto Kitchne SketchUp and CAD software, ensuring accurate representations of proposed designs
- Present design options to clients, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed decision\-making
- Upsell additional products and services by identifying client needs and offering suitable solutions
- Organise appointments, follow\-ups, and project timelines efficiently to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of product ranges, merchandising strategies, and industry trends
- Assist in visual merchandising within the showroom to create appealing displays that attract customers
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate project execution
- Proven experience with CAD design software is essential
- Previous sales experience in a retail or interior design environment is preferred, especially in kitchen or home improvement sectors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and persuasively
- Basic maths skills for measurements, calculations, and quotations are required
- Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance showroom presentation and customer experience
Pay: £14,000\.00\-£55,706\.86 per year
