Key Account Director – Strategic Client Management
Creative Car Park (CCP) is a car park management service that helps small to medium land and site owners maximise the value, convenience, and security of their parking areas.
As a leading UK car park management company with over 25 years in the industry, CCP leads the way in the development of parking technology and was the first to use ANPR camera technology to manage and enforce car parking.
We believe that a car park isn’t just somewhere where people leave their car. The experience in a car park often leaves a lasting impression, and that experience typically means the difference to a user of a good or bad day.
Our mission is to develop the very best car park experience for both site owners and car park users, for peace of mind, security, and value. And we care about great parking…even the concrete places!
We continue to develop creative commercial solutions to meet the changing needs of car park owners and their communities around the country.
CCP is experiencing rapid change as it develops and adapts to a changing market to deliver on its ambition to grow ahead of market.
The Role
As Key Account Director, you will have end\-to\-end ownership of a portfolio of CCP's key accounts, taking full responsibility for client retention, relationship management, service excellence, contract renewals and the strategic development of existing accounts.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will build trusted relationships, develop account strategies, lead commercial discussions and challenging client conversations, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
This is not a new business sales or prospecting role. There is no cold calling, lead generation or responsibility for winning new clients. The focus is on managing and retaining an existing portfolio of strategic CCP clients, building trusted senior relationships, leading contract renewals and commercial discussions, managing challenging service issues and protecting long\-term partnerships.
Any commercial growth within the role comes through the organic development of existing accounts rather than new business sales, prospecting or pipeline generation.
As CCP continues to develop and introduce new products, technology and service enhancements, you will also play a key role in introducing these changes across your strategic accounts. This may include upgrades or changes to existing systems and services, which can have a significant impact on clients and their day\-to\-day operations. You will need to communicate the rationale, benefits and impact of these changes, manage expectations and objections, and ensure changes are introduced effectively while maintaining client confidence and the strength of the relationship.
This is a senior client management role suited to someone who enjoys developing long\-term client relationships, influencing decision\-makers, managing complex commercial and service conversations, navigating change and taking ownership when client relationships become challenging.

- Lead the introduction and adoption of new CCP products, technology and service enhancements across strategic accounts, including upgrades or changes to existing systems. - Act as the senior point of contact for your portfolio, taking ownership of escalated commercial and service\-related matters through to resolution.
- Take ownership of at\-risk accounts, working with internal teams to understand the issue, agree appropriate resolutions and rebuild client confidence where required.
- Deliver regular client meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews and executive presentations that demonstrate value and strengthen client relationships.
