Head Barista/Manager

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Barista/Manager to lead our vibrant coffee and hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high\-quality service delivery.


• Oversee food and beverage preparation, including coffee brewing, food presentation, and bar tending activities.


• Supervise and motivate team members, providing coaching on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.


• Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.


• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations across all kitchen and bar areas.


• Train staff on culinary techniques, bartending skills, serving protocols, and hospitality best practices.


• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, bartending, or hospitality environments.


• Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities.


• Strong background in restaurant or hotel settings with a focus on culinary arts or food service.


• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.


• Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes.


• Skilled in serving customers with professionalism and warmth in a fast\-paced environment.


• Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary techniques, barista experience, and hospitality standards.

Pay: £14\.50\-£16\.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16\.0 – 40\.0 per week
