We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join the growing team at The CPD Group, a nationally recognised, award\-winning CPD accreditation organisation based in Rothwell, Northamptonshire.

You'll be working alongside our marketing team with a clear focus on growing and engaging our audiences across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond, as well as getting out and about at events to represent us in the field.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and scheduling content across our social media channels day\-to\-day


• Creating engaging posts, stories, reels, and short\-form video to grow our audiences and drive engagement


• Monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing our online community


• Attending CPD\-accredited events and conferences to carry out live social media coverage and livestreaming


• Connecting with and tagging clients, accredited providers, and partners during and after events


• Tracking performance across our channels and using insights to improve what we do


• Supporting the wider marketing team with general marketing activity

Essential:

• A genuine passion for social media and how it can be used to grow a brand


• Confidence using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn


• Strong written communication and a creative eye


• Comfortable on camera and happy to represent the brand at live events


• Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload

• Some experience in a marketing or social media role (professional, educational, or voluntary)


• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar


• Basic photo or video editing skills

The Details

• Pay: £15\.00 per hour


• Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10:00am–2:00pm (16 hours per week)


• Potential for additional hours and full\-time progression


• Location: Office\-based in Rothwell, NN14 6BW for the first 3 months, then hybrid working available


• Contract: Permanent, part\-time
