About the Role
This is a varied, people\-focused role at the heart of how The CPD Group welcomes new clients into its community.
As CPD Provider Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the CPD Provider application process, from chasing incomplete applications and reviewing submissions for accuracy, through to giving newly approved providers a warm, professional welcome on social media.
It's a role that combines administration, communication, and a touch of social media, ideal for someone who is organised, detail\-oriented and genuinely enjoys helping people.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting organisations that have started their CPD Provider application to encourage and support them through to submission
- Reviewing submitted applications to ensure all required information, including organisation details, contact information and website and social media links, are accurate and complete
- Following up with applicants where information is missing or needs clarification
- Following and engaging with newly approved CPD Providers on social media, congratulating them on their approval and representing The CPD Group in a professional, friendly way
- Keeping accurate records of all application activity in the CRM system
Essential:
- Experience in an administrative, customer service, or data entry role
- Strong written communication skills and a professional, helpful telephone manner
- High attention to detail, you'll be checking applications for accuracy and completeness
- Confidence using social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Well\-organised, with the ability to manage a structured workload independently
- Knowledge of or interest in CPD, professional development, or the training sector
- Experience with social media management or community engagement
This role is a genuine stepping stone into The CPD Group's client\-facing team. For the right person, there is a clear pathway into a full\-time CPD Accreditation Consultant position, a role that involves managing an end\-to\-end portfolio of clients from first enquiry through to renewal.

The Details
- Pay: £15\.00 per hour
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 10:00am–2:00pm (16 hours per week)
- Potential for additional hours as the role develops
- Location: Office\-based in Rothwell, NN14 6BW for the first 3 months, then hybrid working available
- Contract: Permanent, part\-time
