In this role, you will champion an international, rapidly expanding short\-form video and entertainment network. While you play a vital part in keeping users secure, you will collaborate within a multicultural office environment and enjoy the sunny climate, historic neighborhoods, and beautiful beaches of Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
Your core mission is to protect the platform's integrity, ensuring it remains an entertaining, positive, and safe digital space by auditing user\-generated uploads against corporate policies.
- Media Auditing: Track, assess, and filter Italian\-language user submissions (including videos, text, graphics, and audio clips) to confirm strict adherence to community safety metrics.
- Guideline Enforcement: Identify and act quickly on uploads that break platform regulations, including cyberbullying, hate speech, false information, or copyright issues.
- Cultural Context: Keep up with Italian cultural nuances, regional slang, and viral memes to correctly interpret flagged items.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently maintain high accuracy and productivity rates to reach project KPIs.
- Issue Escalation: Forward highly sensitive, complex, or borderline cases to senior policy professionals or management teams when required.
- Ongoing Education: Attend routine upskilling workshops to remain fully aligned with evolving safety codes and system upgrades.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
- Languages: Native or near\-native fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level) combined with a functional command of English (B2 level or higher) for company training, software navigation, and team chat.
- Workplace Setting: Complete willingness to work fully on\-site at our modern corporate center in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Tech Comfort: Familiarity with social media networks, short\-form video apps, and standard computer tools.
