IT Support Engineer

As an IT Engineer, you’ll provide a broad range of technology solutions and support services to businesses. Your work will encompass everything from IT infrastructure (servers, networks, desktops \& laptops – both hardware and software) to phone systems, broadband, email, web hosting, domain name management, and other internet/cloud services. Key Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and logging support tickets.


• Monitoring and responding to emails/support tickets in a timely manner.


• Processing and resolving technical requests, or escalating when necessary.


• Engaging in technical project work as required.


• Performing office tasks such as receiving and managing deliveries.


• Managing administrative tasks.


• Collaborating with customers to identify IT issues and recommend appropriate solutions.


• Keeping accurate logs and records of customer queries and issues.


• Visiting customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair various systems.

• Be motivated by opportunities to expand knowledge, demonstrate expertise, and consistently produce high\-quality work.


• Enjoy focusing on accuracy, stability, and problem\-solving, while providing excellent support.

• Have experience in a similar IT support role, or equivalent.


• Be capable of working independently, assessing risks, and escalating issues/faults when necessary.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an IT support field engineer.


• Strong experience supporting Windows\-based operating systems and Active Directory.


• Proficiency with Microsoft 365\.


• Hands\-on experience with networking equipment and a solid understanding of networking protocols.


• Full, clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
