Mission

The IT Digital Workplace, Authentication and Collaboration Manager role is responsible for leading the execution and day\-to\-day delivery of workplace, authentication, and collaboration services, ensuring secure, efficient, and high\-quality operations while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will manage / lead cross\-functional teams to deliver projects scope and objectives on time and within budget.


• You will interact and build relationships with internal and external experts, technical system owners, business partners, manufacturing teams, etc. at multiple levels.


• You will prepare estimated and detailed project plans for all phases of the projects.


• You will convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the project as a whole.


• You will provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, and issues.


• You will define and mitigate overall project risk through conflict and issue resolution with the project teams and stakeholders.


• You will communicate across leadership and business lines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT Engineering, Engineering or similar. Master’s Degree is a plus.


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position working in a company with a large amount of users.


• Experience or knowledge in the following technologies is desired: System Center Configuration Manager, Intune, McAfee Endpoint Security Products, CrowdStrike Falcon platform (EDR, XDR, and Next\-Gen Antivirus), Windows 10, 11 and modern OS environments, Microsoft Bitlocker, Always OnVPN, Quest Privilege Account Management, Active Directory, Micro Focus ALM.


• Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1 Advanced).


• Autonomy, strong analyzing and solving problems skills.


• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and able to work in a multinational environment.


• Customer\-service oriented.


• Dynamic, proactive and decisive person.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday\-Thursday 7\-10 to 16\-19h and Friday 8\-15h (with the same flexible start time).
