IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

What your responsibilities will be
- Advanced issue Analysis \& Troubleshooting – perform detailed technical analysis of complex incidents (logs, configurations, authentication flows, M365 issues...)
- Execution of Technical Tasks in Workplace and A\&C teams.
- High\-Quality Escalation \& Coordination.
- Knowledge Management \& Continuous Improvement.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - You hold a Mid or High degree in Informatics Engineering preferably.
- Advanced level of English.
- You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, motivated and detail\-oriented.
- Advanced in office tools and collaboration tools

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday\-Thursday 7\-10 to 16\-19h and Friday 8\-15h (with the same flexible start time).
