About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high\-quality results in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment.

1\. Inventory Management \& Process Optimization: Refine inventory management workflows, deploying strategic inventory policies to enhance accuracy and turnover rates. Reduce holding costs while ensuring seamless logistics operations and precise inventory data integrity.

2\. Team Leadership \& Capability Development: Guide the team towards achieving business objectives, designing training programs to elevate team competencies. Foster a positive work environment to boost overall productivity and efficiency.

3\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration \& Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to ensure information transparency and operational synergy. Develop and implement corrective actions to address warehousing challenges, driving continuous process enhancements.

4\. Innovation \& Competitive Enhancement: Propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs to adapt to evolving operational demands. Enhance warehousing efficiency, service quality, and competitive positioning, ensuring standardized and orderly warehouse operations.
