Inventory Controller Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Inventory/Stock manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and optimising supply chain processes. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management systems, data analysis, and the ability to lift heavy items as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.


• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.


• Utilise data mining techniques to analyse inventory trends and forecast future needs.


• Collaborate with third\-party logistics (3PL) providers to streamline inventory processes.


• Implement and maintain inventory management systems effective reporting.


• Perform heavy lifting as required during stock checks and organisation of storage areas.


• Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, including turnover rates and stock availability.


• Work closely with the supply chain team to optimise order fulfilment processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is essential.


• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in querying databases.


• Familiarity with 3PL operations and supply chain management is advantageous.


• Experience using inventory management systems.


• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.


• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
