Role Description
This is a full\-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Ripca UK. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and relationship management
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of the automotive/truck electrical component supply or manufacturing is a must have
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Full clean UK driving license
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with other teams members to align business strategies and objectives.
- Maintain a valid driving license to travel for client meetings and business events.
