Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intermediate Mechanical Services Design Engineer to join our Current Design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing from concept or stage 2/3 through to stage 5 mechanical designs. Largely for CAT A/B office fit out projects.

Duties

• Competent use of heat load calculation software such as cymap, IES or hea


• Design and develop Mechanical \& public health systems including all required calculations.


• Create detailed schematics and technical drawings, use of AutoCAD / Revit preferential but not essential.


• Production of Technical Submittals.


• Attending Design Meetings, client facing.


• Leading Service Co\-ordination with other trades for design.

• Proven experience in mechanical services design engineering


• Proficiency in heat load software and design tools


• Mechanical knowledge encompassing materials selection


• Experience working with schematics, technical drawings, and documentation standards.
