We help customers bring innovative technologies to market by providing design support, supply chain expertise, and access to the worlds leading semiconductor and IPE manufacturers.
We are looking for anInside Sales Representative – Aerospace Defence to support the growth of our Aerospace Defence business in Porto.
This is an internal sales position requiring experience in the Aerospace Defence market and a strong understanding of semiconductor and IPE technologies.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers across Spain and Portugal.
- Support commercial activities for both Semiconductor and IPE product portfolios.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts.
- Manage daily inside sales activities, including quotations, pricing support, follow\-up, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with suppliers, field sales teams, product specialists, and business development managers to deliver customer solutions.
- Drive design\-in and design\-win opportunities within customer accounts.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking activities.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent service delivery.
- Participate in business reviews, supplier initiatives, and regional growth programs focused on the Aerospace Defence sector.
- Experience in electronic components distribution, inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
- Proven experience within the Aerospace Defence market and understanding of industry requirements and business environments.
- Knowledge of Semiconductors and IPE (Interconnect, Passives Electromechanical) products.
- Experience supporting complex customer accounts and managing commercial activities.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and supplier organizations.
- Proactive, customer\-oriented, and solution\-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese .
