Inside Sales Manager

The role
Reporting to our Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in driving commercial activity — running outbound campaigns, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. You will work closely with the science team to communicate pixlbio's platform compellingly, and take day\-to\-day responsibility for both lead generation and conversion. This is a practical, execution\-focused role with real scope to develop within a growing company.
- Plan and execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and industry events
- Manage and progress a pipeline across tech\-enabled research services, iPSC cell models, and SaaS platform access
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting through to signed contracts
- Support the development of positioning, collateral, and messaging alongside the science team
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to pharma and biotech audiences
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting (HubSpot)
- Represent pixlbio at key industry events (SLAS, SOT, MPS, SBI2 etc.)
- 3\+ years in a commercial role in life sciences, CRO, or biotech tools — ideally with exposure to both sales and marketing activities
- Comfortable generating pipeline through outreach, not just converting warm inbound leads
- Able to craft outreach sequences, write copy, and build simple campaign assets
- Able to translate complex science into clear, compelling commercial conversations
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
- Background in cell biology, pharmacology, or a related life science is a strong advantage
