Industrial Labourer Factory CleanerJob Introduction Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Industrial Labourer Factory Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full-Time Role 37 ½ per week, with the option for overtime
- Tuesday & Wednesday 10am - 6 pm
- Thursday 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
- Friday 8 am - 4 pm
- Saturday 8 am - 4 pm ( 1 ½ rate paid )

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning of the paint booths
- Working within the shotblast area
- High-level cleaning using machinery, including a scrubber
- Removing tank coolant and cleaning out machine tanks
- Quick response to client requests.
- Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.
- Access to own transport due to weekend shift patterns
- Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Must be able to work at heights
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience working to tight schedules
