The RoleAs an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and delivering an outstanding experience for clients. Working as part of a dedicated client services team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a broad range of financial planning and wealth management services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to Financial Planners across pensions, investments, and protection products
- Managing client records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting the advice process
- Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties to ensure efficient service delivery
- Processing new business and monitoring cases through to completion
- Tracking investments and assisting with ongoing client servicing requirements
- Attending client meetings where appropriate and supporting follow\-up actions
- Ensuring all client information and records are maintained to a high standard
- Experience within financial services, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial services systems
