IAM Business Model Manager Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IAM Business Model Manager Consultant. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee the respect of information security and ensure correct implementation of the security model.


• Translate business requirements into the client’s security model framework and policies.


• Take ownership of the Business Modelling (BM) process, keeping it updated and improved.


• Ensure proper service delivery to internal customers according to defined information security policies, SLAs, processes, and procedures.


• Provide support on BM activities to Business Security Offices.


• Advise on IAM architecture implementation and adapt IAM architectures based on new business, compliance, and operational requirements.


• Provide guidance, training, and support to the security community in the implementation and operation of the security model.


• Collaborate with other access management teams to continuously improve efficiency and the quality of access management models.


• No direct people management responsibilities.

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

• Fluent in French or Dutch with a basic level of the other language.


• Fluent in English, able to write documents and participate in interactive meetings.

• Quick self\-starter, pro\-active attitude, resilient.


• Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines.


• Good communication and influencing skills.


• Experience in writing business requirements.

• Experience in security technology and processes (Identity \& Access Management, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control).


• Knowledge of Information Security Standards and Frameworks.


• Experience with MS Excel and SQL.


• Preferably 5\+ years’ experience in security technology and processes (Identity \& Access Management aspects).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst.


• Experience working in cross\-functional departments and teams (IT \& Business environments).


• Professional experience within the Banking and Finance Industry is a plus.

• Quick self\-starter, pro\-active attitude, resilient.
