Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Lead recruitment efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top talent across various departments.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training \& development to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer benefits programs such as health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
- Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law regulations including OSHA standards and FMLA policies while maintaining accurate data collection through HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Coordinate organizational design efforts and support project management activities related to HR sourcing, workforce management, and HR technology implementations such as UltiPro or Dayforce.
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
- Skilled in change management strategies, talent acquisition techniques, employee evaluation processes, and performance management systems.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro; familiarity with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in organization design and strategic planning initiatives.
- Administrative experience including data entry accuracy, contract management, social media management for employer branding, and use of applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or Taleo.
