Reporting to the HSE Department Manager, you will join our internal project teams and work closely with project managers and engineers from other disciplines.
For projects entrusted to us in the pharmaceutical, microelectronics, and data center sectors, you will be responsible for all or part of the HSE Design package.
From the Conceptual Design, Basic Design, and Detailed Design phases through construction supervision and final project handover, you will be responsible for the design studies related to fire sprinkler systems and project HSE engineering.

- Assess project risks and develop HSE action plans using Exyte’s methodology, from feasibility studies through detailed design phases, depending on the project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and all HSE\-related project aspects, including fire safety, ATEX, ICPE regulations, environmental management, labor regulations, chemical risks, biological risks, and other relevant requirements.
- Perform design and sizing studies for fire protection systems, prepare technical specifications, manage supplier consultations and technical evaluations, review detailed engineering deliverables, oversee installation works, and participate in commissioning and acceptance of the systems.
- Contribute to the development of our internal sustainability screening tool.
- Support and promote the implementation of sustainable and socially responsible project practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality among project stakeholders and within the organization.
- Promote lessons learned, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by proposing practical and innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

- You have at least an initial experience in engineering, ideally in an HSE\-related role.
- You possess a solid general understanding of fire protection, HSE regulations, and industrial environments.
- Practical experience in several of the tasks mentioned above is beneficial
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are adaptable, detail\-oriented, autonomous, and analytical.
- You are recognized for your strong written communication skills and are comfortable working in English.
- You are characterized by your quick comprehension, high level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility. You enjoy achieving success as part of a team and possess the assertiveness and communication skills needed to do so. Even in fast\-paced or stressful situations, you maintain focus on what truly matters.
- You have a strong ability to understand customer needs, inspire others, and demonstrate leadership in client relationships. Moreover, you are highly motivated and passionate about your work.
- Regular travel is required (approximately two days per week).
