HR Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a driven, resilient and highly committed HR Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Berwick Care.

You will play a key role in attracting, recruiting and supporting our people across the business. From managing vacancies to supporting managers with people\-related matters, this is a fast\-paced, hands\-on role where challenges are part of the job — and how you respond to them is what sets you apart.

Requirements

• Own recruitment and people processes

• Be loyal to the business goals and committed to building and supporting strong teams


• Recruitment:


• + Manage end\-to\-end recruitment across a variety of roles

+ Write and advertise job vacancies across platforms
+ Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
+ Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers
+ Proactively source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
+ Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience

• HR \& People Support:


• + Act as a first point of contact for HR queries across the business

+ Support managers with day\-to\-day people matters and decision making
+ Assist with onboarding, inductions, and employee lifecycle processes
+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
+ Support absence management, performance monitoring, and employee engagement
+ Assist with investigations and HR documentation where required
+ Ensure HR processes are followed in line with company standards and current employment legislation
+ Support managers in handling people matters in a fair, consistent and compliant manner

• Experience \& Mindset


• + Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role is beneficial

+ Strong communication and organisational skills
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
+ Confident dealing with people at all levels
Working knowledge of HR processes and employment law would be advantageous
