HR \& Office Administrator\- Maternity Cover

Location: Kidderminster, West Midlands – Office Based
Salary: £15\.50 per hour
Hours: Part Time 16 to 24 hours per week

We are a friendly, family\-run business looking for an organised and approachable HR \& Office Administrator to join us on a maternity cover basis for 12 months.

This is a hands\-on HR and administrative role supporting the day\-to\-day running of the business and helping with employee matters when needed. We are looking for someone practical, personable, and happy to get involved where required. HR experience is required for this role.

The Role

Duties will include:

  • Manage the day\-to\-day HR function across the business

  • Maintaining employee records and paperwork

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding administration

  • Assisting with holiday, absence, and attendance records

  • Providing first\-line support with employee queries and employee issues

  • Liaising with managers and staff across the business

  • General office administration support
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous HR experience

  • Is confident handling confidential information

  • Has good organisational and communication skills

  • Can deal with employee matters in a calm and professional manner

  • Enjoys working in a small, supportive team environment

  • Is practical, flexible, and happy to help where needed
CIPD qualification is not essential, but previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Hours

  • Part\-time: 2 to 3 days per week

  • Flexible working pattern can be discussed
