As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to play a key role in shaping and supporting our workforce.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and people\-focused HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our HR function from our Oldham office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing business.
You will work closely with senior management to support company growth, develop HR strategies, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure best practice across all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
\* Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
\* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
\* Manage and maintain HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
\* Lead recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
\* Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and progression
\* Analyse HR data and provide insights to support business decision\-making
\* Support managers with employee relations matters and HR best practices
\* Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive working environment
\* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
\* Drive employee engagement and contribute to a strong company culture
Skills \& Experience
*Essential*
\* CIPD Level 5 qualification
\* Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role
\* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
\* Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems
\* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
\* Strong leadership and people management abilities
\* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
*Desirable*
\* Previous experience within the service industry
\* Experience supporting a growing business
\* Strong analytical and reporting skills
