The successful candidate will work closely with our People and Culture Lead, line managers, and other colleagues across the wider company. You’ll help manage day to day HR operations, support staff wellbeing, coordinate recruitment, and provide administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating recruitment activity, onboarding, and pre\-employment checks.

- Administering meetings for the Senior Leadership Team, collating board papers, and minuting key meetings.
This role is perfect for someone with an interest in HR and experience working in HR, recruitment, or people administration. You don’t need to be formally HR qualified – for the right candidate, we are happy to support you through your Level 3 CIPD in People Practice.
