Looking for something a little different? This is a fantastic opportunity as you’ll be working in a dual role across Learning \& Development and Talent Acquisition, placing you at the heart of employee growth and talent success.
What will I do?
- Taking ownership of the day\-to\-day management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS) as well as
- Helping to drive impactful learning initiatives across the organisation
- Coordinating training programmes and maintaining accurate learning records
- Taking the lead on the onboarding journey for new starters across the group, ensuring a seamless and welcoming introduction to the business
- Internal contractual amendments and supporting employees through internal career moves
- Strong admin and coordination skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to multi\-task
- Experience in the use of various IT software and systems – excellent MS Office and Excel skills and HR, payroll, ATS, LMS and CMS experience
