HR Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the delivery of people strategies aligned to business objectives. This role partners closely with managers and teams to provide both operational and advisory HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
You will play a key role in employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and engagement initiatives, while ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and effectively.
As a trusted advisor to the business, you will support change initiatives and help foster a positive, high\-performing, and values\-driven workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and business leaders to implement people strategies aligned to organisational goals
Provide day\-to\-day HR advice and guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle \& provide HR insights to support decision\-making
Support recruitment campaigns and workforce planning in partnership with the Group Talent Manager
Advise managers on employee relations matters including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes
Liaise with external HR advisors where required
Support training and development initiatives in partnership with the L\&D Lead
Deliver HR\-related training sessions (e.g. performance reviews, HR systems, absence management, policy updates)
Support performance review processes and annual development reviews (TDR)
Support organisational change initiatives and change management programmes
Support recognition and values\-based initiatives
Assist with bonus planning and coordination alongside payroll and business leads
Support administration of protected leave (maternity, paternity, parental leave)
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Essential
3\-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem\-solving ability with a proactive, solutions\-focused approach
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Desirable
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
Experience delivering training or facilitating workshops
