Duties

  • Assist with the maintenance and updating of HRIS systems

  • Support data entry tasks related to employee records, attendance, and payroll processing

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and tracking applicants

  • Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure all documentation complies with company policies

  • Handle correspondence via email and social media management platforms to facilitate internal communication

  • Support HR projects by preparing reports and analysing HR data for management review

  • Assist with the administration of benefits programmes and employee engagement initiatives

  • Maintain organised files of personnel records in both digital and physical formats

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and accurate record keeping
Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably within human resources or related fields

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms

  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience using Salesforce or social media management tools is advantageous

  • Knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment

  • Organised approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: £10,000\.00\-£17,500\.00 per year
