Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail\-oriented HR Administrator to support our Europe Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic organisation, working closely with HR professionals to facilitate efficient personnel management and data entry processes.
Duties
- Manage and update our HR information systems and ATS platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including data entry and document management for new hires.
- Support recruitment activities by maintaining applicant tracking systems and coordinating interview schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Utilise HRIS tools to generate reports and analyse employee data for departmental insights.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and data protection regulations during all activities.
- Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across teams.
- Experience working with ATS platforms or applicant management systems is advantageous.
- Prior experience using HRIS software UKG, Workday or PeopleSoft will be considered an asset.
