Location: Hinton St George. TA18 7TU
Salary: £20 per hour
Job Type: Part\-Time. Self Employed. Approx 45hrs/month
Working Pattern: 3 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).
About Us
Join the team at our boutique holiday lodge retreat nestled in the beautiful countryside of Hinton St George. We pride ourselves on offering an unforgettable, 5\-star experience for our guests. Our five unique properties feature pristine interiors, premium amenities, log burners, Saunas and outdoor firepits.
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Housekeeping Manager to take full ownership of our properties presentation.
The Role
This is an independent role perfect for someone who blends an impeccable eye for hotel\-standard detail with practical, hands\-on operational skill. You will ensure that every single lodge is flawless before our guests arrive.
Your schedule will follow our guest changeover and preparation days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
· Quality Control: Inspecting completed lodge cleans to ensure they meet our strict standards before guest arrival.
· Turnaround Management: Coordinating workflows efficiently, ensuring guest amenities are perfectly replenished either pre\- or post\-clean.
· Rustic Luxury Care: Managing and replenishing logs, kindling, and supplies for our outdoor firepits and indoor log burners.
· Stock \& Inventory: Checking supplies of guest toiletries, and property supplies.
· Detail Finishing: Spotting the small things that elevate a guest's stay, from perfectly styled soft furnishings to immaculate outdoor spaces.
What We Are Looking For:
· Uncompromising Attention to Detail: You notice the details that others miss and take genuine pride in flawless presentation.
· The Ultimate Multi\-Tasker: Comfortable balancing indoor aesthetic standards with physical, outdoor replenishing, (like managing wood supplies).
· Experience: A background in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels or premium holiday lets is highly desirable.
· Independence: A self\-motivated individual who enjoys autonomy and can manage their own time effectively.
· Location: Reliable transport is essential due to our beautiful, rural Hinton St George location.
