Role Overview
We are seeking a highly commercial, dynamic, and guest\-centric Revenue and Front of House Manager. This unique dual\-focus role bridges the gap between commercial strategy and frontline operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving property yield, occupancy, and room revenue while simultaneously leading our Front Office, Reception, and Night Porter teams to maintain exceptional luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management \& Strategy
- Yield Optimization: Formulate and execute room pricing strategies across direct and third\-party channels to maximise Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR).
- Data Analytics: Analyze booking trends, pace reports, and market demand to forecast revenue metrics accurately.
- System Management: Oversee and manage the property management system (PMS) and channel managers.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and report on local competitor pricing, package offerings, and business levels.
- Collaboration: Meet regularly with the General Manager and Sales \& Marketing team to align promotions, corporate packages, and wedding blocks with revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the Reception, Reservations, and Night Porter teams.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a warm, professional, and efficient check\-in/check\-out process that reflects our four\-star standard.
- Operational Quality: Enforce hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), grooming policies, and service guidelines.
- Upselling Culture: Foster a target\-driven environment at the front desk, training staff to maximize walk\-ins, dining covers, and room upgrade revenue.
- Guest Relations: Act as a key point of escalation for guest feedback, ensuring quick, professional resolution of any service issues.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of senior hospitality management experience, ideally spanning both Front Office operations and revenue strategy in a luxury or boutique four/five\-star property.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers, and Central Reservation Systems. Experience in the following systems:

- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and financial forecasting skills, with a proven track record of growing room revenue.
