Hotel Breakfast Manager - Louis Fitzgerald Hotel

The Louis Fitzgerald Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and guest\-focused Breakfast Manager to lead our Breakfast operation.

Breakfast is one of the most important parts of our guests' stay and sets the tone for the day ahead. As Breakfast Manager, you'll be the first friendly face our guests see each morning, welcoming our regular visitors, leading your team and ensuring every breakfast service is delivered to the highest standard.

This is a 5\-day over 7 role, ideal for someone who enjoys early starts, leading from the front and creating memorable guest experiences.

About The Role

As Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Breakfast service, ensuring exceptional hospitality and outstanding service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the Breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.


• Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests, building relationships with our regular customers.


• Ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared and presented before service begins.


• Coordinating the Breakfast service to ensure efficiency and excellent customer care.


• Liaising closely with the Kitchen, Front Office and Accommodation teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.


• Managing staffing levels, daily briefings and team performance.


• Monitoring food presentation, buffet standards and cleanliness throughout service.


• Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.


• Ensuring all health, safety and food hygiene standards are maintained.


• Preparing the operation for the day ahead by ensuring a smooth handover to the daytime management team.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading a team in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel or restaurant environment.


• A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills.


• A proactive, organised and hands\-on approach.


• The ability to remain calm and make decisions during busy service periods.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.


• Flexibility to work early mornings and a 5 days over 7 rota.
