We specialise in providing high\-quality temporary and permanent hospitality professionals to a growing range of clients throughout Scotland.
Our clients include hotels, restaurants, event venues, contract caterers, independent hospitality businesses and major organisations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a busy, varied and rewarding role for someone who understands hospitality, enjoys dealing with people and wants to become an important part of a growing independent company.
You will recruit and manage chefs, kitchen porters, catering assistants, front\-of\-house staff, baristas, supervisors and hospitality managers.
You’ll help keep candidates organised, fill shifts, manage bookings and build strong client relationships.
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
- Finding and attracting excellent hospitality candidates
- Advertising vacancies and responding to applications
- Interviewing, registering and getting to know new candidates
- Managing availability, bookings, rotas and shift confirmations
- Keeping candidates engaged, organised and accountable
- Confidently chasing candidates and dealing with last\-minute changes
- Matching the right person to the right client
- Responding to urgent and changing staffing requirements
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Hospitality experience is important to us. Previous hospitality recruitment experience would be a strong advantage, but we’re also interested in people who have worked in hospitality management, operations or another fast\-paced hospitality environment and want to move into recruitment.
Most importantly, you’ll be confident, organised and comfortable being assertive, with the ability to keep candidates on track, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships. You’ll stay calm when things change, take ownership of your work and enjoy being part of a close\-knit team.

Pay: £38,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
