Salary range £29,416 \- £31,570 (Depending on experience) per annum \+ Overtime \+ Call Out Allowance \+ Company Bonus Scheme \+ Company Vehicle

In this field\-based engineering role, one day you could be installing a new Stiltz homelift, and the next helping a customer get back up and running.
You’ll work independently in the field, travelling across the East Midlands region, while being fully supported by a collaborative engineering team that’s committed to your development and success. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills and grow your long\-term career in engineering.
No product experience needed \- full training and support provided ...
You don’t need experience in homelifts specifically. If you have experience working with mechanical or electrical equipment—or transferable technical skills—and a positive, practical approach to work, we’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

- Service, maintain and repair homelifts
- Diagnose faults and solve technical problems
- Respond to occasional breakdown call outs
- Manage your van stock, tools and equipment

We’re looking for people who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn. A strong work ethic and a practical, hands\-on approach are important, along with a willingness to develop your skills through full training and support.
You might already have experience in:
- Automotive or mechanics
- Telecoms or communications
- Manufacturing
- Rail or transport
- Electrical or mechanical engineering
- Field service engineering
- Full UK driving license \- essential, as company vehicle provided
- Good communication skills
- Confidence working independently
- Flexibility to travel across the region (with occasional overnight stays)
