This is a hands\-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll support individuals in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.
You will:
- Provide personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
- Support with meals, medication prompts, and daily routines
- Assist individuals with autism and complex needs
- Support with clinical tasks (e.g. PEG feeding, tracheostomy – training provided)
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
- Maintain accurate care records
