Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to clients in their homes.

  • Monitor patient health and report any changes to healthcare professionals.

  • Assist with medication management and administration.

  • Support clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.

  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.

  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation.

  • Promote independence and respect clients’ dignity at all times.

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients.'

' Prior experience in home or community care is preferred but not essential
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.

  • Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, or memory care is advantageous.

  • Reliable, patient, and respectful attitude towards clients.

  • Ability to assist with mobility and ADLs effectively.

  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to home care.'

  • We DO NOT hold a sponsorship license

Job Types: Part\-time, Permanent

Pay: £12\.46\-£13\.07 per hour
