As we continue to build upon our success, we are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Vice Principal – Quality and Enhanced Learning.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction of an ambitious and high\-performing College, leading the development of an innovative culture where excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement is at the heart of everything we do.

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will provide inspirational leadership across all aspects of quality, teaching, learning and curriculum enhancement, ensuring exceptional educational experiences and outstanding outcomes for learners across Further Education, Adult Learning, Apprenticeships, Higher Education and employer\-responsive provision.

You will champion continuous improvement, drive innovation in pedagogy, lead the College’s quality strategy and act as the College Nominee during Ofsted inspections. Working collaboratively with senior leaders, governors and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the College whilst fostering an environment where both staff and students can flourish.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and highly accomplished educational leader with substantial senior leadership experience within the Further Education sector. You will possess an outstanding track record of leading quality improvement, driving organisational performance and delivering exceptional educational outcomes. Experience of leading through inspection, together with an in\-depth understanding of quality assurance, curriculum development, teaching excellence and the evolving Further Education landscape, will be essential.

You will combine strategic vision with exceptional leadership capability, inspiring colleagues through collaboration, innovation and a relentless commitment to excellence.

The salary for this post is up to £90k
