- Healthcare assistant
- Location: Stourbridge DY8
- Pay: £14\.00 \- £16\.00 per hour
- Shifts: Full Time \| Days \| 1:00pm \- 9:00pm

About This Role
We are looking for a warm, bubbly and engaging Healthcare Assistant to join our team, supporting a lovely 13\-year\-old girl in her family home.
She enjoys music, pampering sessions and spending time out in her local community. She loves going for walks, visiting the shops and exploring places such as museums. At home, she lives with her Mum, Dad and her much\-loved family dog.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting her with her complex clinical and care needs, while also encouraging her to enjoy the activities and experiences that are important to her.
This is a rewarding role where clinical care and companionship go hand in hand. You will provide attentive, person\-centred support throughout the day, helping to promote her health, wellbeing, comfort and independence within her own home.

Clinical Experience
Previous experience supporting children with complex respiratory and clinical needs is essential.
The following clinical competencies are required for this role:
- Oxygen administration
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK\*
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate and child\-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client\-specific, clinical training where required.
- Be comfortable working in a family home where there is a pet dog.
