Health Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. We are looking for awake nights 11hr shift.

The ideal candidate will provide high\-quality care to individuals in our care setting, supporting their daily needs and promoting wellbeing. Duties

• Assisting residents or clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support


• Supporting individuals with their night routines in accordance with personalised care plans


• Administering medication as directed and maintaining accurate records


• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding where necessary


• Providing companionship and emotional support to promote mental wellbeing


• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with health and safety regulations


• Communicating effectively with team members, residents, and family members to ensure comprehensive care delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience of two years working within a care home or home care setting is essential; full training will be provided


• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal


• Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required

Lives with in 20miles of Woking Surrey.
