Health Care Assistant (HCA)

We have an exciting new vacancy for a Care Assistant to join our growing team at Alpha Health and Care Services. You will be tasked with helping patients with personal hygiene, minor medical needs, housekeeping, cooking and other daily needs to allow the patient live independently.

The Vacancy:

To excel in this role you should have a keen interest in the healthcare industry, be passionate about helping the patients live independently and posses the ability to work with limited supervision keeping the patients needs as your top priority.

You will be required to:

• Help patients with personal hygiene by bathing/showering and dressing them.


• Help with general light housekeeping (cleaning up and making the property as safe as possible).


• Work with all in\-home care professionals to make sure the patient is well.


• Observe and report patient condition


• Keep up with industry relevant training.

The Location: This role is in Northampton. With easy access to transport links.

Care Worker Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Years Experience.


• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.


• Must be able to provide references.


• Have a good personal hygiene.
