Health Care Assistant

Joseph’s Care Home is a newly opened, 20\-bedroom care home offering a warm, friendly, and homely environment for our residents. We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role:
You will be working night shifts, supporting residents with personal care, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. This is a hands\-on role where you will be part of a supportive and dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to residents


• Assisting with mobility and ensuring comfort during the night


• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and responding to needs promptly


• Maintaining a safe, clean, and calm environment


• Working closely with a friendly and supportive team

Hours:

• 33 hours per week (3 night shifts)


• Additional shifts available to cover holidays and staff absence
